If you’re trying to tone up or drop weight, then our boxing circuit is exactly what you’ve been looking for. For those who want to reap the benefits of training like a boxer, without having to get in the ring, our Boxing Circuits are the perfect option. Transform your body and mind with our super-charged circuits that will get the blood pumping, as a full-body, non-contact workout. Our circuits go for approximately 1 hour and consist of 3–minute ‘rounds’ of bag punching, skipping, speedball and floor-to-ceiling work and are finished off with 2 ‘rounds’ of stomach exercises.
These circuits are the perfect option for those who are either trying to get into better shape, get those endorphins pumping, but struggle to stay motivated with standard gym workouts. Additionally, our circuits are the perfect cross-training alternative for other sports, such as football, cricket, soccer, basketball and netball, with many clubs using this training as a break from their normal routines.
If you want to go the extra mile to reap the benefits, we welcome you to arrive early and train alongside the fighters, which is up to 7pm Monday to Friday and until 12pm on Sundays.
